A female indie podcaster has won a trademark case against another podcaster who used the same name. On Monday, a judge ordered Canna Campbell to pay AUD$114,000 (US $75,000) in legal costs after infringing the name of Rhondalynn Korolak’s Financial Foreplay podcast. It was registered as a trademark.
