The CBAAC Festival of African Literature is calling for submissions for its Poetry and Spoken Word Slam!
If you’re a young and emerging African poet or spoken word artist between 18 and 35 years old, this is a great opportunity to share your African story with the world!

- Submission Guidelines:
- Original composition specifically for the slam
- Maximum duration of 5 minutes
- Tells an authentic African Indigenous story/history or aligns with the theme “African Heritage and Renaissance”
