Rafinki Open Mic
Rafinki and Baraza Media Lab welcome you to the first edition of Rafinki Open Mic this year.
This edition features the reigning Women Slam Queen in Kenya, whose poetry explores identity, love, loss, and the resilience of African women. This coming open mic is based on “Her Story”, which is the theme for Rafinki Open Mic this month, is a call to action and a stand against femicide and gender-based violence.
