African Podcast and Voice Academy Welcomes Gina-Margaret Tiger as an Instructor
The Association of African Podcasters and Voice Artists (APVA) proudly announces the official soft launch of the African Podcast and Voice Academy, with a distinguished lineup of instructors drawn from across Africa’s vibrant audio landscape.
Among the Academy’s inaugural instructors is Gina-Margaret Tiger, a multi-disciplinary creative, entrepreneur, and educator with more than 12 years of experience in digital marketing, film directing, and brand strategy. Her career reflects a rare combination of artistry and strategy, spanning industries and geographies, with an emphasis on storytelling that informs, inspires, and transforms.
As Founder & CMO of Be Digital Creative. She is also the creator of Calmanxi, a wellness brand dedicated to balance and holistic growth, and the visionary behind the Brand & Business Accelerator Program, which equips entrepreneurs with the mindset, strategies, and tools to scale their businesses confidently. In addition, she hosts The Self Help Show podcast, a platform for healing and personal growth that connects deeply with audiences seeking clarity and empowerment.
At APVAcademy, Gina-Margaret will guide participants through brand building, creative leadership, and business growth strategies. Her sessions are designed to help learners gain not only technical expertise but also the confidence to navigate the realities of the industry. With her mentorship, students will acquire the tools to position their work effectively, build sustainable businesses, and cultivate personal resilience.
“APVA Academy exists to turn creative talent into sustainable livelihoods, strengthen Africa’s audio sector with structured pathways, and work shoulder-to-shoulder with existing schools, agencies, and academies. We’re not here to replace what’s working, we’re here to amplify trusted traditions while co-creating new histories for African audio.” – Bidemi Adedire, Founder, Association of African Podcasters & Voice Artists (APVA)
“I’m deeply honored to join the African Podcast and Voice Academy as part of its pioneering team of instructors. This partnership is more than a professional milestone – it’s an opportunity to pour into Africa’s next generation of storytellers, creators, and entrepreneurs.
Our continent is overflowing with powerful voices and transformative ideas, and I’m committed to helping amplify them not just with strategies and tools, but with the mindset needed to lead and thrive in the creative economy. At APVA, my goal is to help learners turn their creativity into impact and their ideas into sustainable businesses. This is about building legacies, shaping industries, and telling Africa’s stories on our own terms” – Gina-Margaret Tiger, Founder & CMO, Be Digital Creative
